We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. However, colours, fabric texture, or fit may appear slightly different on your device due to screen settings. Sizes are provided as a guide; please refer to our size chart on each product page.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

Section 3 - Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. The Gigi Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment in full.

Section 4 - Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is free to Italy on all orders. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

Section 5 - Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (where available), Shop Pay, and UnionPay. All payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Section 7 - Returns & Refunds

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

Section 13 - Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
