Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders and save your details for next time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes - if the order has not been dispatched yet. Please contact us at info@thegigistore.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email follows once your order has been shipped, with your tracking number.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to USA. More countries coming soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on every order to Italy, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Total estimated delivery time is 8-11 business days from order placement (2-3 business days handling + 6-8 business days transit). See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on a business day enter processing the same day.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (where available), Shop Pay, and UnionPay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS technology and processed by trusted payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
In what currency are prices shown?
All prices are in USD ($).
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes - within 30 days of delivery, returned by mail in its original condition. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fee.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2-3 business days), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the funds.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products & Sizing
Are your products true to size?
Our pieces follow standard US sizing. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering - it includes detailed measurements.
Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
We work hard to represent every product as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour or texture may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting.
Will an item be restocked?
Sometimes - subscribe to the restock alert on the product page and we will email you the moment it is back.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account does make tracking your orders and managing returns easier.
