At The Gigi Store, we are committed to a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States. We are working on expanding to additional countries — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on every order to Italy, regardless of order value. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST  (Eastern Time) on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on american  public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time (Handling)

All orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing times may be slightly longer during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season — we will always notify you of any delay.

Transit Time

Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 6–8 business days across United States.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

8–11 business days from order placement (handling 2–3 business days + transit 6–8 business days). Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Gigi Store is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address details provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched — please contact us immediately if a change is needed.

Failed Delivery or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of repeated delivery failure, an incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Re-shipping costs may apply in such cases.

Customs & Duties

As we currently ship within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply to Italian orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at info@thegigistore.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or accept it and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
