Currency

All transactions are processed in USD ($). If you are paying from outside the Eurozone, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency-conversion fee - this fee is set by your bank and is not controlled by The Gigi Store.

When You Will Be Charged

Your payment is authorised at checkout and captured once your order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment.

Payment Authorisation & Declines

All payments are subject to authorisation and fraud checks. If your payment is declined:

  1. Double-check that the card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered correctly.
  2. Confirm that your billing address matches the one on file with your bank or card issuer.
  3. Contact your bank or card issuer - declines are usually a security check on their side.
  4. Try an alternative payment method, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Klarna.
Klarna (Pay Later / Pay in Instalments)

Where Klarna is offered at checkout, you may be able to pay later or pay in instalments, subject to Klarna's approval. Klarna's terms and conditions apply and are managed directly by Klarna. Your eligibility, repayment dates, and any fees are set by Klarna, not by The Gigi Store.

VAT & Invoices

All prices include applicable VAT where required. If you require a VAT invoice, please email info@thegigistore.com with your order number after purchase.

Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails or remains pending:

  • Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
  • You may need to place the order again or contact your payment provider.
  • Any authorised but uncaptured funds will be released by your bank, typically within 3-7 business days.
Refunds
